Receive quality care from the CHoR team you know and trust, from the comfort of your home with our telehealth services. Get answers anywhere via your smartphone, tablet or computer.
We’ll discuss symptoms, do a virtual exam and determine if COVID-19 testing is needed. If testing is needed, we’ll provide details on convenient drive-thru testing options.
We offer convenient, drive-thru COVID-19 testing for children of all ages who have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Testing is done via a simple swab of the inside of the nose and results are typically available within 24-48 hours.

Virtual urgent care for kids should not be used for regular well-child check-ups, life-threatening emergencies or mental health crisis needs. If your child is experiencing a mental health crisis, please go to the nearest emergency room or contact their mental health care provider.
Virtual visits will not cost more than in-person visits, but depending on the health insurance coverage plan, a patient’s copay for in-person and virtual visits may now be the same.
We are committed to providing our patients access to affordable health care. Patients with more questions can visit our financial assistance page or call our Financial Counseling Call Center at (804) 828-0966.
This visit will be billed as urgent care, not emergency care.
